Our Initial Community Water System
A reservoir was built in the Third Section community of Jean Rabel in 1983, but due to age and erosion, the reservoir no longer is able to capture the underground spring water. TSJF’s pilot project is to fund the construction of a new reservoir, which will include laying new pipes in order to capture fresh spring water for the Third Section community.
